This service is available from Mon to Fri. We don't provide service for Booklets order on the weekend and holiday, such as responding phone call and emails, pick up service etc.
3 business day: If you place the order before 9am, and approve the E-proof for printing before 12 noon. We guarantee your order will be ready for pick up after 3 business day no later than 5pm. If you place the order after 9am or approve the E-proof for printing after 12 noon, we process your order as next day's 3 business day service.

Please choose the correct turnaround time, shipping method etc., fully fill in the correct information.
We are glad to accommodate all customers' needs. All customization has to be approved through email by UTposter before the order is placed. Otherwise, we are not responsible for any delay.
We will contact you by email within two hours after the order is submitted.
If we receive your file between 9am-4pm, Mon – Fri, we will email you the E-proof in about 2 hours.
If we receive you file after 4pm, we will email you the E-proof the morning of the next business day.
Please call us ASAP if you don't receive the E-proof in time.
Please approve the E-proof for printing by email. And provide the credit card information by phone or email at the same time.
We guarantee the finished product's resolution and the content are the same with the E-proof. We don't guarantee the posters' color is exactly the same with the E-proof viewed on your screen. There might be slight color variation. For more details, please check "Terms & Conditions" color section.
UTposter is not responsible for any problem in E-proof. Such as low resolution, mess code, shift etc. The customers take full responsibility for the printing result.
Update the file
If you need to update the content of the file, Please email us the updated file with the order number in the email subject. Wait for the next eproof.
All the orders are paid by credit card before printing.
Update order information
If you need to update order information, such as turnaround time, the address, email, and so on, please cancel the initial order first, and then place a new order. We don't modify customer's order information on our side.
You will get notice by email when the order is ready for pick up.
You may cancel your order by email before you pay. We don't accept cancellation by phone. And we don’t accept cancellation after you pay due to all the job is customized.
