This section is for academic presentation posters. If your poster is for event display, advertisement, art, decoration etc., please order a graphic poster at “sign and display”.
Service available: Mon - Sat. 9am - 6pm, except holiday and whole long weekend. We don't take care of Same Day Service order on Sunday and whole long weekend, including responding phone call, emails, pick up etc.

Customers approve the E-proof and pay deadline: 3pm

If you place the order after 2pm or approve the E-proof for printing and pay after 3pm, we process your order as next day's next day service.
Please choose the correct turnaround time and fully fill in the correct information.
We are glad to accommodate all customers' needs. All customization has to be approved through email by UTposter before the order is placed. Otherwise, we are not responsible for any delay.
The price is based on sqft. There is 25% extra charge for the poster smaller than 10 sqft.
There is $1.99 default charge for fabric carry bag or fabric poster carry box on each poster.
We don't print posters with full, dark background color.
If we receive the file between 9am - 4pm, Mon - Sat, we will email you the E-proof in about 1 hour.
If we receive your file after 4pm, we will email you the E-proof in the morning of the next turnaround day.
If you need to modify the content of the file, you don't have to place new order. Just email us the updated file. We will send you updated e-proof. Duplicate order can delay your order processing.
Please call us ASAP if you don't receive the E-proof in time. Otherwise, we are not responsible for the delay.
The customers take full responsibility for the printing result. We are not responsible for any problem in E-proof. Such as low resolution, mess code, shift etc. If you need modification, please send us updated version by email with the order number in the subject.
We guarantee the posters' resolution and the content are the same with the E-proof. We don't guarantee the posters' color is exactly the same with the E-proof viewed on your screen. There might be color variation. For more details, please check "Terms & Conditions" color section.
A mailing tube $3.99 will be added to the bill for photo paper poster delivery if the customer doesn't order.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and accurate. We only ship to the address that is provided with the order submission.
No deliver service on Saturday, Sunday and the holiday. Customers are fully responsible for calculating the correct delivery schedule that will best accommodate your presentation date. We strongly recommend you allow enough time for the rare but possible delivery failure by the couriers. It could be delivered at any time during the day. The courier doesn't provide appointment delivery and multiple address delivery. Such as "3:00 pm" or "between 3:30 to 4 pm"，or "call me when you arrive", or "if no one is in room A, deliver to room B. The couriers don't provide "calling" service, such as "when you get here, call me". They need specific, accessible address.
Free deliver to U of T area conditions:
1 Non-residential address.
2 No discount applied on the order
3 The poster is not smaller than 12 sqft.
The boundary of free delivery area. Harbord Street and Dundas Street are not included.
Please come to pick up once you receive email notification "ready for pick up".
Customers pay online once the eproof is ready to print.
Update order information
If you need to update order information, such as turnaround service, the address, email, quantity, dimension and so on, please email us to cancel that order first, then submit a new order. We don’t update those information on behalf of customer.
You may cancel your order by email before you pay. Please include your order number in the email subject.
We don't accept cancellation once it's paid.
We don't accept cancellation by phone.
We reserve the right of final explanations about the terms of service description.
