Terms & Conditions

You must agree to the following terms and conditions in order to order with utposter.com.

Please read the description of each service before you order.  We are not responsible for the delay if you chose the wrong product . we don't accept email order and walk in order.  

UTposter reserves the right to make changes to this Site and to these Terms of conditions at any time without prior notice. You should review these Terms of conditions each time you access this Site.

Please check the product immediately when you receive it. And contact us within two hours if there is any issue. We will not be held liable for any quality problems after this time frame has elapsed.

Order Acceptance Policy

Receipt of order confirmation sent to you does not signify our acceptance of the order nor does it constitute confirmation of an offer to sell. We reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at any time after receiving it.

Background color ink coverage charge

No extra ink coverage charge for the images. We might charge $0.50-2/sqft extra if the poster contains entire background color. We don't print the poster with entire black background or very dark background. 

Proof

PROOFING is CUSTOMER responsibility and it can be costly if you omit or error. Printers are not held responsible for customer proofing errors. Please be sure to check your proof carefully for all types of errors: spelling, size, position, color, font style, etc. We will provide 3 times free e-Proof. Once your order status is approved", you can't modify your file any more. So please check the proof carefully before you approve it.

72dpi jpegs taken off the Internet, look jagged and blurry when it's printed. We recommend at least 200dpi (dots per inch).

Make sure your shipping address is correct,  accurate and in detail, such as workable phone number, wing, floor and room number. We don't offer free shipping to UFT for discount order and the poster is smaller than under 10 sqft. There is no shipping service on weekend and holiday.

All pick up time must match your service type selected available time. i.e, if you order next day service, there is no picking up service during evening, or Sunday, or the whole long weekend.

Payment:

The orders are paid when clients come to pick up or before the order is shipped except we request you come to pay in advance. We accept cash, credit card and corporation check. For the credit card (personal card and corporation card) transaction, we don't need card holder’s name, security code on the back and the address associated with the card. We only need number and expire date. If you don't provide detailed business, office, lab or school address with phone number and supervisor's name when you submit the order, we can't identify where you are from. For billing and payment security issue, we probably refuse your order, or ask you to come to pay cash in advance or when you come to pick up, we accept cash only. If you need shipping service, please provide credit card information when you approve the e-proof.  Otherwise, your order won't be processed to the next step. For the discount order, we accept cash and corporation credit card. No personal credit card. 

Limitation of Liability

We will try our best to make sure all the printing jobs are done within the deadline. But due to some unpredictable factors, such as web hosting issues, power outage, equipment maintenance,  shipping issue; misprint, non-print, damage, etc., you may not get your poster in time.  In those situations, our guarantee is limited to reprint of the original order quantity or refund of the purchase price of the order. We are not responsible for any direct or indirect loss, damages or claims incurred by you or your business caused by receiving printed materials which are defective or incomplete or which you receive later than the estimated delivery date. 

Any refund does not apply to shipping claims unless an error occurred on our part. We will not reprint orders damaged or lost by courier. We reserve the right to have you return the original order before reprinting or refunding your order 

We will only print 2nd copy for free if it's our error. We WILL NOT reprint low resolution photos and/or bad files or any error on the customer.

Color

We specialize in low cost, fast, good quality printing with a "pleasing color" standard. Our quality level is above average for pleasing color and commercial quality.  But no printer can print the perfect job, there is always variation. All printers produce jobs with color variation throughout the entire press run. Color variation is not grounds for a guarantee claim. It will be considered acceptable performance. Color match tolerances is guaranteed to be within industry standards (CMYK) for pleasing color. 

We don't guarantee the printed job is exactly the same with the E-proof is viewed on any screen because when a file is viewed on the different screen, or on the same screen with different setup, or same screen with different programs, it could be very different. If you can't accept any difference, want the printing job is exactly the same with what you have seen on your screen, please bring a hard copy to us to show what you need, we will do color match procedure if we can. It will take two business days (Mon to Fri). Because of the differences in equipments, papers, inks, and other conditions between hard copy color proof and production pressroom operations, a “pleasing color” variation between color proofs and the completed job (as determined by generally accepted trade technical methods) is still to be expected.

The purchaser is fully responsible for obeying the copyright laws. Utposter.com will not violate federal copyright laws. By submitting your artwork to us, physically or electronically, you agree to release us and hold us harmless from any claims, actions, or liability resulting from our reproduction of any originals you supplies us with for any purpose.
