Service available

The service is guaranteed by the terms of service. Customers can predict and control when the order is ready/delivered before and after placing order. The customers take full responsibility to calculate that the order's pick-up/delivery schedule meets their presentation schedule. UTposter is responsible for processing orders by terms of service and We don't take responsibility for each individual's scheduling needs. Please note that all purchases are final, and refunds are not available. We recommend confirming all order details and timing before placing order and make payment to ensure it meets your requirements.

We are glad to accommodate all customers' needs. All customization has to be approved through email by UTposter before the order is placed. Without pre-approval, the order with customization requirements that conflicts with terms of service might be declined during order processing. 

This section is for academic presentation posters. If your poster is for event display, advertisement, art, decoration etc., please order a graphic poster at “sign and display”.

We don't print posters with full, dark background color.

Sunday, Holiday is available on Sunday, Holiday and the whole Long Weekend, 9am-6pm. We accept Sunday, Holiday and Long Weekend Service umtil 10am.

If you place the order before 10am, and approve the E-proof for printing and pay before 12 noon. We guarantee your poster will be ready for pick up at 5pm. 

We don't serve any other turnaround order on Sunday, holiday and long weekend, such as responding phone call, emails, pick up etc. 

Place Order

There is $2.99 default charge for fabric carry bag or fabric poster carry box on each poster. 

E-proof

The e-proof will be sent to you at around 11am. Please check it and approve it for printing and pay.

Please call us ASAP you don't get the E-proof by 11am. Otherwise, we are not responsible for the delay.

We guarantee the posters' resolution, the content and layout are the same with the E-proof. We don't guarantee the posters' color is exactly the same as the E-proof viewed on any screen. There might be color variations. For more details, please check the "Terms & Conditions" color section.

UTPoster doesn't check eproof and is not able to determine that each elements of eproof is acceptable or not. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to carefully review their e-proof and ensure that all elements are correct before payment. UTPoster cannot be held responsible for any printing issues that result from approved e-proofs. Such as low resolution, mess code, shift, unexpected visible/invisible elements, etc. We appreciate your understanding.

If you notice any issue in your eproof—such as resolution, color, shifts, mess codes, or unexpected visible/invisible elements—and you're unsure how to resolve it. Please note that UTposter does not offer services related to editing, design, or file formatting, and our eproofs are generated through a standardized process. If you’re confident in your design and believe the issue is due to a technical limitation on our end. You may consider working with another provider that better suits your needs. We truly appreciate your understanding.

Pick up

Please pick up on Sunday 5pm to 6pm.

Payment:

Customers make online payment when they approve the eproof for printing. We accept Visa and Master card only.

Update order information

If you need to update order information, such as turnaround service, the address, email, quantity, poster size and so on, please email us to cancel initial order first, then submit a new order. We don’t update those type of information on behalf of customer.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order by email before you approve the E-proof and pay. Please include your order number in the email subject. Otherwise your cancellation wont' be accepted. We don't accept cancellation by phone. We don't accept cancellation for the order has been approved for printing and paid.

We reserve the right of final explanations about the terms of service description.
